Description
Grounds positions are responsible for campus grounds including but not limited to: improvement and maintenance of the grounds of the campus, athletic fields and track facilities; seeding and chemical treatment, inventory of equipment and tools, sweeping sidewalks and snow removal as required; assist in other facilities departments as needed; other duties as assigned.

- Current Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate (or currently pursuing one with a set graduation date)
- Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
- Ability to handle multiple projects/assignments and be very results-oriented
- Highly motivated and works well both independently and in a team environment
- Lawn care or similar type experience preferred. Attention to detail.
- Uphold the institution's guiding principles, including the mission statement and the five core values of Integrity, Hospitality, Community, Servant Leadership, and Sustainability. Be especially mindful of service to others on campus and how your attitude, appearance, and language portray such desire when communicating and working around campus.
