Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Bartender to work at our Poolside Bar during the summer with the possibility of moving into a Restaurant Bartender position at the end of the summer season. This position will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable experience on the pool deck. Essential Functions:
• Greet members with enthusiasm
• Accurately ring orders
• Make drinks according to recipe
• Serve food and drinks to members and guests on our pool deck and tables around the bar
• Keep tables, pool deck and server stations clean and tidy
• Ability to think on your feet and react to situations in a positive manner with tact, creativity, and integrity Make drinks according to recipe
• Work in a team environment
Requirements:
• 1 year of bartending experience
• Must be 21 years old and available to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
