Starting Salary: $90,000/year (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm CST | On-call as needed

What You’ll Do:

As Area Clinical Director, RN you’ll be responsible for clinical leadership across three assisted living communities:

  • Oversee nursing and care operations at all three sites
  • Mentor, support, and train clinical and caregiving staff
  • Promote high standards of care, safety, and compliance
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
  • Collaborate with Executive Directors and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure state regulatory compliance across all communities

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active RN license in the state of Minnesota (Required)
  • 5 years of clinical experience in assisted living or long-term care
  • Proven experience in multi-site or senior-level leadership (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passion for mentoring teams and enhancing resident well-being
