Summary Job Description: Scheduler / Insurance Coordinator Full-Time, Days The Heart & Valve Clinic provides specialized cardiovascular care focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of heart and valve conditions. The clinic partners closely with providers, diagnostic services, and external physician offices to ensure timely access to care, accurate coordination, and an exceptional patient experience. Job Description: The Scheduler / Insurance Coordinator supports daily clinic operations by coordinating patient scheduling, insurance verification, and referral management. This role serves as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and external offices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.
