Responsibilities
- Complete all guest requests in a timely manner
- Complete nightly checklist assigned from housekeeping manager
- Restock office supplies
- Re-stock linens left behind from daily housekeeping operations
- Ensure cart hallway is clean and ready to go for the next morning
- Remove trash from office
- Remove food from office that has been left behind
- Make sure all food has been removed from hallways
- Ensure Spa is clean and ready for the next day’s operations
- Know and follow Boyne USA and Big Sky Resort policies, guidelines and philosophies
- Self-Starter
- Guest focused attitude
- Ability to follow and complete a checklist of assigned tasks
- Ability to learn and use the Alice ticketing system
