This is a crucial role responsible for managing the sales process from start to close. Successful Funding Advisors are effective in conducting business over the phone with a strong ability to convert warm leads into repeat clients.

· Understand client's business financial needs from an in depth phone interview and then match with the appropriate working capital option

· WARM LEADS ONLY! NO Cold calling although Organized and Consistent Follow Up is Critical!

· Suggest and negotiate terms of funding deals

· Oversee the entire loan process from initial customer contact to closing of loan

REQUIREMENTS

· EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS ONLY - Applicants must have previous experience in the alternative lending industry

· Proven ability to learn quickly, be teachable, and detail oriented

· Self-motivated, highly organized and time management skills a MUST!

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

· Previous experience in Sales, Business To Business Sales, Banking, Lending or Financial background is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
