Bigfork Valley is looking for caring and compassionate individuals to care for elders in our Long Term Care unit. Full-time and part-time positions available; both are benefit eligible. Also, ask us about our student loan assistance program. CNA's care for our elders following the Bigfork Valley philosophies with skill, compassion and respect. Provide social, physical and medical care that enables elders to live their lives to the fullest. Support elders in self-care and provides care as necessary for those unable to care for themselves. Support the elder s physical and social household environment, following the elder s preferences. Maintain appropriate documentation and notifies nursing staff / manager of changing needs and conditions of elders. Provide restorative therapy under the leadership of therapy professionals. Follow proper infection control, sanitation and safety practices. Must have good interpersonal skills.
