The Bill Dodge Auto Group is busier than ever and is looking to add a couple of Express Technicians to our teams in Westbrook! The Express Technician performs oil and filter changes along with light duty maintenance and mechanical repairs, and Maine State Inspections once licensed. We offer paid training, certifications, mentorship opportunities, and uniforms to make sure you can be successful from day one.
Compensation: $18 – $24 per hour depending on experience and aptitude
Responsibilities:
- Performing a Multipoint Vehicle Inspections
- Perform Maine State Inspections (Once licensed)
- Perform lube, oil, and filter changes
- Perform general maintenance including tires and brakes
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License w/ acceptable driving record
- Valid State of Maine Vehicle Inspection License preferred but not required
- Current ASE and/or OEM Certifications are strongly preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance
- Team Player
- Ability to learn new technology, service procedures and specifications
- Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching
