We are looking for a dependable Front Office Administrator for our Madison, WI office. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday, 8 AM-5PM. We also offer on the job training, sick/vacation time, health benefits, paid holidays, and 401 K with a company match!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients in a courteous and compassionate manner
  • Verifying patients have completed all necessary paperwork
  • Scheduling patients
  • Answering a multi-line switchboard telephone system
  • Verifying Insurance Coverage
  • Scanning and filing documentation
  • Ordering devices for patients
  • Collecting payments
  • We will provide 100% training

Requirements:

  • Must have a friendly and positive attitude
  • Must have professional phone etiquette
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • No Working Remotely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Owensboro, KY 42301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $15 - $17
