Responsibilities:
- Connect Bionic clinics with the local healthcare community.
- Increase patient referrals to Bionic clinics by building referral networks.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and increase awareness of our healthcare services.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletter, highlighting the value of our patient-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align patient advocacy efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, offering empathetic and compassionate support.
- Effectively communicate with patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Advocate for patients' rights and needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and attention.
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Provide information to patients about their healthcare plans, treatment options, and available resources.
- Proactively reach out to potential patients and community partners to build relationships and promote our healthcare services.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing patient needs.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance, and medical terminology.
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and healthcare management software.
