Custodian
This position is located in our Denver, CO facility
Monday to Friday 6:30am to 4:00pm
Birdon is seeking a skilled Custodian to join our team and ensure the daily cleaning of our office and production facility. You will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility and employees.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; empty and clean ash trays and cigarette urns; replace light bulbs; refill restroom dispensers
- Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure
- Wash accessible interior and exterior windows. Clean blinds
- Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
- Minimum one (1) year experience in cleaning and general maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to work efficiently and produce effectively with minimal supervision
