Program Manager

Bishop & Company is searching for an IT Project manager for an exceptional client at Pearl Harbor.  The Program Manager will lead IT transformation projects in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

Local candidates strongly preferred; no relocation available.

Responsibilities:

• Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal teams, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Build relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Allocate resources and materials to support program goals.
• Monitor resource use and address gaps or bottlenecks.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track program performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure quality and integrity of deliverables.
• Conduct reviews to assess program effectiveness.
• Maintain inventory of software licenses and government-furnished equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 10 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred
• 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the DoD environment.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a focus on high-quality program delivery.
• Government-granted security clearance required.

Salary range is $170 - 180k annually.
