Bishop & Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a financial organization in Honolulu, HI. The preferred candidate will possess customer service experience and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in phone-based interactions with customers.
21394Customer Service RepresentativeJob Duties : Assist customers with a specific product line (i.e. Deposit accounts, Credit Card accounts).
They will be trained in the following areas : basic product knowledgeanticipate call types for the products they’re supportingprocess / procedures for handling requestssystem navigation to look up account information and / or proceduresAssist with Core conversion related inquiries (i.
e. before and after conversion product info)Complete all other duties as assignedThe ideal candidate will have : High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMust be open to training Monday-Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm for the first 3 months of employment.
Shift will be 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm, including Saturday or Sunday, upon completion of training.High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the #1 priority while also appropriately handling confidential customer information.
