We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service
- Manage phone with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing proper phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments
- Assist with duties such as laundry, managing check ins, and supporting customer inquiries
- Maintain organized workspaces and ensure efficient flow of information within the office
Experience
- Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills
- Experience with phone systems and customer support roles
- Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and data entry skills
- Previous roles such as receptionist, personal assistant, or medical/dental receptionist will be advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
