· Provide
an excellent customer care service.
· Answer
Telephone calls.
· Manage mails and deliveries.
· Distribute
incoming newspapers & periodicals/ mail / faxes / messages.
· Arrange
catering when required.
· Welcome
visitors, control visitors book and issue access cards.
· Assist during client and staff meetings.
- Manage the room
booking diary.
Administrative
Duties:
- Cooperate
and collaborate with office supply companies.
- Perform
various office administration tasks and ad hoc duties as required.
- Make
travel /hotel and restaurant arrangements as needed.
- Ensure the reception
area is presented to the very best standards.
- Updating employees directory.
- Reporting any building
related issues to property management office.
- Keeping the
kitchen/pantry stocked with supplies.
- Expatriate or
Delegation support, including travel and arranging and attending functions.
Requirements

control.
· Strong and flexible team player with good oral and
written communication skills. Good understanding of receptionist activities
