Our client international bank is seeking an administrative assistant/receptionist.


Receptionist Duties

·        Provide an excellent customer care service.

·        Answer Telephone calls.

·        Manage mails and deliveries.

·        Distribute incoming newspapers & periodicals/ mail / faxes / messages.

·        Arrange catering when required.

·        Welcome visitors, control visitors book and issue access cards.

·        Assist during client and staff meetings.

  • Manage the room booking diary.

Administrative Duties:

  •  Cooperate and collaborate with office supply companies.
  •   Perform various office administration tasks and ad hoc duties as required.
  •   Make travel /hotel and restaurant arrangements as needed.
  •    Ensure the reception area is presented to the very best standards.
  •  Updating employees directory.
  •  Reporting any building related issues to property management office.
  •    Keeping the kitchen/pantry stocked with supplies.
  •     Expatriate or Delegation support, including travel and arranging and attending functions.


Requirements

·        Process oriented with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to control.

·        Strong and flexible team player with good oral and written communication skills. Good understanding of receptionist activities

·        Have good organizational skills.

·        Good Microsoft Office computer skills

·        Excellent interpersonal skills

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Concern for accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines

·        Ability to work under pressure

·        Proactive in achieving results

·        Ability to cope with multiple priorities and changing environment

·        Diligent and dependable

·        Professional attitude to work

·        Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
