The
Project Coordinator will work to elevate operational excellence and drive
increased efficiency; amplify predictability and consistency; and deliver on
opportunities with the biggest impact across company travel.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
- As an integral part of the
Global Travel Team, the Travel Specialist will work cross functionally
with internal partners to provide project management, customer service and
operational support.
Requirements

- Create and maintain project
plans, define project scope, lead timelines and deliverables while
ensuring timely critical issues, execution and scalability.
- Facilitate effective
collaboration across the Global Travel Team to deliver efficient and
timely results.
- Formulate and drive
applicable recommendations in order to solve complex problems and
streamlines processes.
- Establish cross functional
relationships required to ensure effective execution and collaboration in
decision making.
