What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. SAP BSA Analyst - ECC PP IBP position at BizTek People, Inc. | APA International Placement Consultants?
- Work with remote
groups such as Technology, other product teams, and or departments to
gather and document testing requirements from the business.
· Develops, implements, and manages processes to
ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and
reliability prior to delivery.
· Identifies and sets appropriate quality
standards and parameters for products in collaboration with the product team.
· Coordinates product testing processes and
participates in product testing.
· Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects,
and other problems; facilitates solutions to these issues.
· Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
- Coordinate and
communicate functional requirements of business unit and technical solutions
with IT capability resources by designing and documenting test plans.
- Conforms to
standards, processes, and policies. Applies global process standards to
regional technology solutions.
- Participates in
development of project testing plan/timeline. Provides input to project management.
- Communicates testing
status to management. Participates in change management at department and end user
level.
Requirements
- Strong
understanding of best-at SAP business process for production planning,
demand/capacity planning and advanced planning solutions.
- Proven experience
with SAP ECC PP module and master data required. Experience in SAP IBP
preferred.
- Strong
understanding of business and operational processes related to Apparel/Footwear
end-2-end product value chain and development processes, Innovation through Direct
Manufacturing.
- Advanced
understanding of the Agile and Product principles and methodologies and how
they’re applied in workplace culture
- Effective
collaboration and relationship management
- Excellent oral, written
and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence others
internally and externally. Experience
resolving issues with higher levels of management
- Proven ability to
respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively coupled with the ability
to anticipate customer needs
- Proven track
record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability
to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple
priorities.
· Bachelor’s degree
and a minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
· Direct experience
in a multi-site Manufacturing Environment
