Overview
This position will support maternal fetal medicine and obstetrical services for the Women & Infant service line at BJC HealthCare. This position will serve as a liaison within the community building strategic relationships and providing education to clinical staff.

Role Purpose
Coordinates the health care of select patient populations/designated service across the continuum of care. Responsible for coordination of patient contact, patient education, prepares patient/family for procedure/test in collaboration with the healthcare team.
