Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Supervisor of Clinical Documentation and Quality within our ACO value-based care team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership for the clinical documentation and quality team
- Manage team functions and departmental processes, as well as existing clinical measurement and quality improvement programs
- Support the development and implementation of new clinical documentation and quality programs that support organizational initiatives
- Ensure team compliance with departmental policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards
This position also serves as a clinical documentation and quality subject matter expert, serving on hospital and system committees as designated. You will manage individual(s), including hiring, training, assigning work, managing, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development plans.
Salary : $76,000 - $124,000
