Rowe Solution is seeking an Administrative Analyst who will play a vital role in supporting our CEO. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate who will contribute to the growth of this rapidly advancing company.


Requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently manage calendars, ensuring effective scheduling and coordination

  • Provide valuable support in business proposal writing, contributing to the development of compelling and persuasive proposals

  • Comfortably handle light accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records and assisting with financial reporting

  • Strong skills in business writing preferred, enabling the creation of clear and professional communications

  • Bilingual Spanish a plus

  • Proficiently manage schedules, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks


Education:


  • An AA or BA degree is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in relevant principles and practices. However, a minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience will also be considered.


Experience: 

  • 1 -3 years experience in administrative or analyst roles

  • Proven track record of providing high-level support to executives.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.


Skills:


  • Self-starter with a proactive approach, demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Strong drive and motivation to excel in all assigned tasks

  • Excellent writing ability, capable of crafting engaging and polished content

  • Government relations experience is a plus, showcasing an understanding of working with government agencies

  • Marketing skills, enabling the promotion of our services and fostering client engagement

  • Proficiency in site maintenance, ensuring our online presence remains up-to-date and appealing
