Fine Jewelry Sales & Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales & Project Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic, dual-role opportunity that combines high-end retail sales with the management of custom jewelry projects. You’ll work closely with clients, designers, and jewelers to bring bespoke pieces to life—delivering luxury service and unforgettable experiences from first consultation to final delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through the fine jewelry buying process with exceptional service
- Manage the full custom design lifecycle: consultations, design review, production tracking, and delivery
- Collaborate with designers and jewelers to ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and internal teams
- Organize the showroom and assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Contribute to marketing efforts—supporting social media, content creation, and client engagement campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in fine jewelry sales
- A passion for high-end, personalized customer service and luxury retail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and detail-focused
- Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems, POS platforms, and social media
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing custom jewelry projects from design to final delivery
- Graduate Gemologist (GIA or equivalent) certification preferred
- Knowledge of CAD design software a plus
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and branding strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
