What You Will Do:

• Accurately process a variety of member transactions and inquiries while providing great personalized service.

• Transactions include deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and more.

• Actively engage with members to build relationships, identifying their financial needs while educating them on products and services to help their financial wellbeing.

• Maintain security of cash, checks, and member information to protect both the Member and Blaze from risk.

Who are You:

• You are enthusiastic and passionate about helping others

• You understand financial products and services or are interested in learning about them

• You are comfortable having conversations and making recommendations

• You seek new ways to serve others in your community

• You work well with others, even when things don’t go as planned

• You are organized and can multi-task

• You have a High School degree or GED (required); previous financial service, customer service, and cash handling experience a plus
