What You Will Do

What You Will Do
- Accurately process a variety of member transactions and inquiries while providing great personalized service.
- Transactions include deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and more.
- Actively engage with members to build relationships, identifying their financial needs while educating them on products and services to help their financial wellbeing.
- Maintain security of cash, checks, and member information to protect both the Member and Blaze from risk.
- You are enthusiastic and passionate about helping others
- You understand financial products and services or are interested in learning about them
- You are comfortable having conversations and making recommendations
- You seek new ways to serve others in your community
- You work well with others, even when things dont go as planned
- You embrace change and a fast pace
- You are organized and can multi-task
- You have a High School degree or GED (required); previous financial service, customer service, and cash handling experience a plus
- Competitive WAGES (minimum $20hour, Saturday paid at 1.5x for hours worked)
