We are seeking dedicated paraprofessionals to support students with special needs in a school setting. This role is perfect for passionate individuals committed to helping students thrive academically.

Location:Raytown, MO

Position Details:

• Dates:8/14/2025 - 5/22/2026

• Full Time or Part Time

• Hourly Pay Rate starting at $18 and up

• • varies on experience and school needs

• Caseload: Supporting special needs students, including those with autism and other developmental disabilities.

  
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students

• Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Help with classroom management and student engagement

• Support students with daily tasks, mobility, and behavioral needs

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

  
  

Prerequisites:

• High School Diploma/GED required (Bachelors preferred)

• Previous experience in a school or special education setting preferred

• Preferred Paraprofessional certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
