Blize Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team.

You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility in Napa County and Solano Counties.

Job Description :

  • Taking the patient's vitals, tracking symptoms and other details of the patient's condition.
  • Administering medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
  • Consulting with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients
  • Performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests
  • Responsible and accountable for the delivery and coordination of patient care and the application of the nursing process, during after-hours and weekends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • One year of nursing experience
  • Experience in home health or hospice
  • Provide skilled nursing services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff.

    • License / Certification :

  • Current LVN license
  • IV certified
  • Valid BLS certification
  • Driver's License
