- Represent tenants facing uninhabitable living conditions, including mold, pest infestations, and code violations.
- Litigate habitability cases from intake to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in court.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and build strong cases to hold negligent landlords accountable.
