Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising. You will be responsible for driving performance-focused initiatives, managing client budgets, and delivering high ROI through strategic targeting, testing, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan, execute, and manage paid search, social, display, and programmatic campaigns.
- Conduct detailed audience research and competitor analysis to develop comprehensive paid media strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.) for tracking, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Create and manage campaign budgets, pacing, and adjustments to ensure maximum efficiency and client ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Creative, Analytics) to align on campaign goals and messaging.
- Regularly present performance insights and optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay current on trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices in paid media advertising.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other key digital tools.
- Demonstrated experience in managing substantial monthly budgets with proven ROI.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, and experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
- Certification in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and platforms
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)
