BR Premier is seeking an experienced full-time Community Director for our beautiful property. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- 5 Years of experience in Property Management
- Leasing Experience
- Experienced in Word, Excel, and Entrata
- Must be well organized, personable, and responsible
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Goal-oriented with strong leadership skills
- Strong Budget Management Control
- Vendor Relation Management Experience
- Must be able to multi-task and be proactive
- Knowledgeable in Landlord-Tenant Laws and Fair Housing Laws
Duties will include but not limited to:
* Meeting company goals
* Manage the property, staff, and ensure high performance
* Work with maintenance to ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
* Ensure vacated units are inspected pre and post punch to certify it is completed in a timely manner and will meet the standards of our new residents
* Practice expense control and adhere to the budget
* Maximize Income and ensure rents are successfully collected
* Assure notices are sent at the appropriate time and in accordance with Local and State regulations
