Your Role
The Digital Transformation Portfolio team supports Digital Product Managers and the digital leadership team in all aspects of reporting, tracking, prioritizing and management of web, mobile and digital experiences that help consumers understand and use their Healthcare. The Product Manager, Consultant - Digital Portfolio will report to the Senior Manager, Product Manager, Digital Operations. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment and will be responsible for providing oversight and process improvements to track and report against key metrics related to product development KPIs and performance.

Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Deliver clear, data‑driven tracking and executive reporting across multiple agile teams and initiatives, using KPIs, OKRs, and other metrics to communicate progress concisely
- Provide an understanding of how value streams operate including how the cost is tracked against the return-on-investment (ROI)
- Run project financial reports, track actual spend against plan to explain variances, propose corrective action when needed, and reforecast remaining budget needs
- Manage strategic planning for annual Product team roadmaps of the Digital Transformation VP leadership team
- Update and maintain financial tools to track costs, work assignments and hours, and partner with Finance for monthly reviews
- Assemble and review monthly KPI reports for the Senior Manager to deliver to Executive teams
- Build reporting and process documentation in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Develop and regularly use Excel spreadsheets including downloads from financial systems and compilation of financial data
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or relevant field; graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable
- Requires at least 6 years of prior relevant experience in Digital Product Management and/or Program Management
- Requires experience with Financial Reporting and Tracking tools and processes
- Requires experience working with Enterprise reporting and tracking tools (e.g. Planview, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, or other analogous tools)
- Requires knowledge with Agile methodologies and processes (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Requires experience within healthcare or similar highly regulated industry
- Experience with annual strategic planning cycles and business case development Ability to partner and communicate across an organization with key business and technical stakeholders
