Your Role
The Stellarus Business Development & Partnerships team recruits new customers and partners that contribute technology leadership, market reach, and revenue to Stellarus. The Program Manager, Principal - Stellarus Partnerships will report to the VP Business Development & Strategic Partnerships. In this role you will design, build, launch, and operate the Stellarus Partner Program. This may include program design, budgeting, business process definition, technical infrastructure, incentives, to-and through-partner marketing/branding, certifications, training & enablement, and partner success and support. In addition, this individual will manage Stellarus’ role as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) to platform and strategic partners such as Microsoft and Salesforce.

Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Define and operationalize Stellarus’ Partner Program, including the operating model, value proposition, and interfaces with the Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Establish program governance at a strategic business level; prioritize partner initiatives, define KPIs for program health, and ensure alignment with Stellarus’ strategic goals
- Consult with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management; provide recommendations, and influence decision-making
- Leverage cross-functional internal and external relationships to drive initiatives forward.
- Plan and implement multiple and extremely complex projects/programs spanning across business areas
- Identify key business issues, develop effective action plans and implement to successful conclusion
Develop and manage partner onboarding, certification, and enablement processes; coordinate joint go-to-market (GTM) planning and ensure partner satisfaction and compliance
Champion adoption across Stellarus and the Family of Companies; facilitates change management and readiness for participating teams
- Apply critical thinking to solve complex problems, uncover root causes across internal functions and external partners, and develop innovative approaches to achieve Partnership Excellence
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires technology industry experience, and prefer experience with multi‑stakeholder programs with external partners/alliances; healthcare experience highly preferred
- Requires demonstrated experience designing or managing partner, alliance, or channel programs (e.g., tiering, enablement, GTM, incentives, and performance dashboards)
- Requires proven ability to consult, negotiate with, and influence senior leaders, align strategy across business units, and deliver measurable outcomes of significant importance to the organization
- Preferred: demonstrated working knowledge in the use of AI and CRM tools for sales, marketing, or project management
- Preferred: PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications; Agile/Scaled Agile knowledge beneficial for coordinating with product/platform teams

Two Ways of Working:
- Hybrid (Default): Work from a business unit-approved office at least two (2) times per month (for roles below Director-level) or once per week (for Director-level roles and above). Exceptions:
o Member-facing and approved out-of-state roles remain remote.
o Employees living more than 50 miles from their assigned offices are expected to work with their managers on a plan for periodic office visits.

- On-Site: Work from a business unit-approved office an average of four (4) or more days a week.
