Our client is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead the way in commercial electrical construction projects. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to manage complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Focus :
Plan, execute, and finalize electrical construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
Determine and assess need for additional staff and / or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary, during project cycle.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Skill Set :
At least 5-7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the field of commercial electrical projects.
Strong familiarity with project management software and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
Experience in risk management and change management.
A thorough understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.
