At Blue Star Donuts, we create delicious & unforgettable mouth watering moments Every. Single. Day. And we're seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our Abbot Kinney team. This position ensures that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized efficiently, allowing our production and retail staff to focus on crafting exceptional donuts and providing top-notch hospitality to our guests! 

Pay: $19.00/hr! 
Location: 1141 Abbot Kinney BLVD
Shift Times: Friday-Sun 8am-4pm & Monday 8am-1pm

Position Details: 

The responsibilities of a Dishwasher include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food service health regulations.

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment to prevent contamination.

• Perform deep cleaning tasks and janitorial duties for kitchen and retail areas.

• Disassemble and reassemble large production equipment for thorough cleaning.

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report low stock to management.

• Support production and retail staff by maintaining an organized workspace.

• Assist with additional tasks such as ingredient prep or donut boxing during peak times.

• Demonstrate flexibility and proficiency in product knowledge and store operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Current food handlers certification is required.

• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays & company blackout dates

• Must have a working cell phone

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Job Details: 

• $19.00/hr! Part-Time 

• Eligible for 401k matching after completion of a 90-day probationary period.

• Eligible for certifications after completion of a 90-day probationary period.
