Job Overview: We are a fast-growing direct sales and marketing firm based in Riverside, CA. We represent Frontier Communications, working face-to-face with potential customers to promote their services and enroll new customers into service agreements.
We are currently hiring a Full-Time Customer Representative to join our team. This is an in-person role that combines direct sales with exceptional customer service. You will be the face of Frontier Communications in the Riverside area, engaging with customers directly, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person sales presentations to potential customers
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience
- Clearly communicate product features, pricing, and benefits
- Enroll new customers into Frontier Communications service agreements
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Represent our company and Frontier Communications in a professional, friendly manner
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be comfortable working directly with customers
- Full-time availability
