Frontier Sales Associate

We are hiring a full-time Frontier Sales Associate to conduct in-person, direct sales of fiber internet services on behalf of our telecommunications client, Frontier Communications. This is a field-based role that involves approaching residential customers, presenting high-speed internet solutions, and enrolling them in services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct direct outreach to customers in a residential setting
• Present and explain fiber internet service plans and features
• Recommend solutions based on the customer’s internet needs and usage
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance benchmarks
• Accurately complete new customer enrollments and service orders
• Answer questions and resolve concerns during the sales process
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the client brand in the field
• Stay informed on current fiber internet promotions, speeds, and installation timelines

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be confident in in-person sales
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets
• Comfortable discussing internet services and helping customers understand plan options
• Must be able to travel locally for in-person sales and outreach
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,600.00 per week
