Key Responsibilities:
- Actively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and in-person to introduce Frontier Communications internet services.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of Frontier’s internet services and how they meet customer needs.
- Guide prospects through the sales process, helping them select the best internet service plan and completing enrollments.
- Stay up-to-date with Frontier Communications product offerings, features, and promotions to effectively present options to clients.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, answering any questions they have, addressing concerns, and providing a positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring successful enrollments and customer satisfaction.
- Track all customer interactions, sales progress, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Work closely with your team and managers to share insights, refine sales strategies, and improve overall performance.
