To join this team please have the following requirements:
- Active unemcumbered LPN or RN license in the state of Massachusetts
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Prior RN or LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of clinical nursing experience within a skilled nursing care center or other related healthcare setting
- Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.
- An ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
- Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required
