Bluebird Retirement Community is searching for a Memory Care Unit Manager for our amazing Dementia/Alzheimers unit
Job Responsibilities:
- Working hand in hand with the Director of Nursing
- Supervision of nursing staff and resident assistants
- Effective communication with families and residents
- Experience with staff
- Leadership
- Oversee patient care compliance
- RA- evaluations and discipline
- New employee training
- Weekly checks with medication and chart compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
