What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts advisor position at BMW OF HAWAII?
1. Parts Ordering : Receive and process customer orders for automotive parts. Utilize electronic parts catalogs and database to identify and locate correct parts for customer needs.
2. Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and offering guidance on parts selection.
3. Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records of available parts and accessories. Checking in and putting away parts that are received.
5. Parts Delivery : Delivering parts to the various wholesale accounts, help with pulling parts and loading trucks for deliveries.
Qualifications and Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining records.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Benefits and Vacation :
This position is 20 hours a week and does not include any medical benefits, paid sick leave or paid vacations.
looking for 3 days a week, will need to work on Saturdays
