Description
This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead
high-profile initiatives across a wide array of client industries. This would
include exploration and testing of platforms, development of social media
marketing campaigns as well as other emerging initiatives that successfully
drive engagement.
Responsibilities include:
- Accountability for leading initiatives that create
and transform customer experiences for our clients, including:
- Strategic recommendations based on research, trends,
analytics and insights
- Support Agile teams through strategic vision and
influence to execute
- Sharing insights and progress to promote a customer-centric
culture
- Ability to embrace an agile environment and sustain
a flexible mindset to evolve with the business.
- Work closely with data around customer behaviors,
market research, and business strategy.
- Lead and/or support a cross-functional team of
designers, technologists, and strategy partners in accomplishing all
phases of work, including problem definition, research, creative
development, testing and implementation.
- Leads planning, definition, and prioritization of
work and can understand big picture strategy and translate into tactical
plans.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear,
concise manner both verbally and in writing regardless of audience – creatives,
business stakeholders, technologists, users, executives, etc.
- Support ideation, prototyping, technical
development, and launch innovative consumer-centric experiences and
solutions.
Requirements
- Taking
a lead in client communication and facilitating internal collaboration
- Supporting
the Creative Team to inform the creative product of the agency
- Liaising
with clients and Account at a senior level as required
- Working
with other senior managers to generate new accounts
- Completing
projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Utilizing
skills and experience to push clients, and the agency creatively and
strategically
