Summary: Responsible for providing carpet cleaning service to residential and commercial customers. Monday - Friday
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing carpet cleaning service using truck-mounted carpet cleaning machine.
- Delivering or picking up furniture items.
- Treating carpet stains and odors.
- Required on-call one week each month for emergency water extractions.
- Customer service, accepting payments and creating invoices.
Minimum Requirements:
- Some mechanical and cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Requires physical ability to carry large hoses to various areas including upstairs.
- Must be able to read, write, and follow oral/written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Essential Talents:
- Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours or checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
