As Assistant Property Manager for this real estate investment group, you’ll oversee all aspects of tenant lease compliance. Your impeccable organizational skills will be valued every day here. Joining a 3-person Asset Management team, you’ll track rent payments, property tax payments, insurance compliance, and diligence documents. You’ll track tenant payments, so some Salesforce and software database experience is ideal. Strong communication skills will be key as you liaise with colleagues across the company. In collaboration with your team, you’ll tend to tenant requests, ensure properties are maintained in excellent conditions, and provide accurate reporting to the property Owner. You’ll be the resident record-keeper to update and maintain property files within the database. This company advocates for its employee’s growth potential.
