Obtain and validate invoices for suitable authorization documentation approval, and general ledger accounts.

Establish fresh vendor profiles and supervise accounts to guarantee information is accurate and updated in the computer

Prepare all invoices for payment.

Process daily checks according to procedures.

Issue, cancel and refund checks.

Answer telephone inquiries.

Maintain vendor files, computer files, and update computer accordingly.

Balance the operating account.

Assist with month end duties as assigned.

Assists with the safety and security of all guests and employees.

Required to take and pass tests related to Internal Control Procedures.

Must have strong knowledge of all Marketing promotions and events.

Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Ability to perform basic math. Ability to operate a 10-key. Ability to type 35 wpm. Ability to organize and maintain filing system. Develop a strong knowledge of the Internal Control System. Understand and comply with the Internal Control System, BHCR training materials, and all HR policies. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information relative to financial data, casino procedures, company policies, company promotions, and with the identity of any person at the facility or any activity at the facility is essential.

Must be able to obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License.
