As a cloud security architect, you know how to assess and implement requirements that ensure the safety of information systems and protect them against intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. As a cloud security architect on our team, you’ll define, communicate, and implement security architectures, governance, and processes. Based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources, you'll recommend tools and capabilities to address the risk management framework (RMF). Your high-level technical expertise will be vital as you work with commercial clients to ensure standards are met with information assurance and security requirements.

This is an opportunity to apply the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to secure your customer’s environment. You’ll share your skills in securing all 3 CSPs: Azure, AWS, and GCP. while leading tomorrow’s cloud security experts.

You Have:

• 5 years of experience with cloud security
• Experience leading highly technical teams using the agile methodology
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud services
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, Containers, and Cloud Risk Management
• Knowledge of DevSecOps concepts
• Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
• Ability to create and present information at executive-level meetings
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience as a consultant
• Ability to learn new technologies and drive meaningful conversations around securing and deploying the technologies
• Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possession of excellent presentation skills, including using PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree
• Azure Security certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
