The Family Integration Therapist supports residents and families by providing family therapy, supervision, and education to facilitate family involvement during treatment and reintegration into the community.
- Works closely with cottage clinical teams to meet residents' and families' needs, supervise family time, and implement TBRI principles.
- Provides parent education, oversees family contacts, and ensures effective communication and documentation.
- Adheres to faith-based values, demonstrates Christ-like behavior, and promotes a team-oriented approach.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, licensure, valid Ohio driver's license, and physical ability for crisis response. Master’s degree preferred.
