We are hiring a Full-time Physical Therapist at our newest location in Albert Lea, MN, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus (for direct applicants only).
- Provide screening, evaluation, re-evaluation, discharge planning, and care plan revisions under physician supervision.
- Hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program, with active state licensure.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Maintain current knowledge of policies, procedures, and clinical programs, and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Complete all required certifications and licensure, adhering to location-specific screening requirements.
