Seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join an established finance firm located in Downtown Boston! This position will support the CEO/other Executives as needed. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and writing skills, quantitative reasoning ability, and a rigorous work ethic are prerequisites. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Heavy calendar management/scheduling
- Coordinate international and domestic travel
- Database maintenance, including contact information and mailing lists
- Facilitate client and vendor relations and follow up as assigned
- Assist with daily activities while providing support to CEO
- Ability to communicate effectively as a liaison between consulting team and management team
- Perform research, gather information, and prepare documentation for projects
- Coordinate materials and documentation for meetings
- Daily scheduling support and reporting analysis
- Capability to communicate directly with clients
Essential Skills & Experience:
- BS/BA required.
- 1-3 years of consistent administrative experience required; supporting Executives.
- Very strong oral and written communication required.
- Ability to work in a small, fast‐paced office environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Outgoing personality and an upbeat attitude.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
