A booming construction company is seeking an Estimating Project Manager to lead both estimating and project management functions for commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for bidding, securing, and managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is a career-focused, self-starter with experience in general commercial construction who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 / year DOE

Estimating Project Manager Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit competitive bids for commercial construction projects
• Manage awarded projects from pre-construction through completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
• Work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project success
• Utilize ProCore and Sage for project management and cost tracking
• Balance estimating and project management duties based on workload demands
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through effective bidding strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients to support company growth
  
  

Estimating Project Manager Requirements

• 5 years of experience in construction estimating and project management
• General commercial construction experience required
• Proficiency in ProCore and experience with Sage for accounting
• Ability to manage multiple projects in different stages simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
