Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the company
• Reconcile data and assist with paperwork
• Handle onboarding processes for new clients
• Provide client services while maintaining a focus on customer needs
• Collaborate with team members to adapt to urgent requests
• Utilize Orion software to support operational growth

Operations Manager Requirements

• Experience with Schwab
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• No specific licensing requirements
• Experience in a financial firm, preferred
• Familiarity with Orion software is strongly preferred
