Project Administrator Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in aligning processes and resources for optimal functionality
- Manage administrative tasks related to budgets, purchase orders, and work orders
- Provide centralized support for key project managers within the surfacing and courts division
- Coordinate activities with field personnel and assist with travel arrangements
- Prepare proposals and documentation for customer communication as needed
- Adapt to various daily challenges and maintain a proactive approach
- Build relationships with operations personnel to facilitate delegation and communication
- Experience working under a project manager to maintain alignment of processes and resources
- Administrative experience, including exposure to budgets and purchase orders
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Experience in a construction-related field is advantageous
- Proactive communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively are preferred
