Job Title: Onboarding & Training Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Compensation: $85,000 base salary bonus potential

With rapid growth and a proven track record, they’re expanding their team to support the next phase of scale and we’re hiring an Onboarding & Training Manager to lead the way in training excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all new hire onboarding and sales training programs
- Design and facilitate engaging, structured sessions for systems, tools, sales processes, and company culture
- Oversee nesting and ramp-up to ensure new hires transition quickly to productivity
- Continuously improve training materials, playbooks, and job aids
- Collaborate closely with recruiting, sales leadership, and operations to align training with business needs
- Track new hire performance metrics and coach for improvement
- Support delivery ramp-up efforts for new campaigns, products, or seasonal peaks
- Build training programs that scale with the company’s continued growth
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in sales onboarding, training, or development (call center or inside sales environments preferred)
- Proven success reducing ramp time and improving new hire outcomes
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience developing materials and driving performance in fast-paced sales environments
- Comfort with CRM and LMS systems
- A clear sense of ownership, urgency, and a passion for helping others succeed
